Welcome to PFN Landscape and Outdoor Living. Thru out your time here it is the commitment of this business to help you gain practical skills, trades and the working of how a successful business operates. During your interview with the owner, it was disclosed to you the view and growth of PFN. The way we operate can not and will not be compromised by any contracted worker due to liability or dishonor. You were given this opportunity due to your skills and abilities to help PFN grow. Also, to deliver our clients the best of what the industry offers.
Below you will read PFN Landscape and Outdoor Living code of conduct. By acknowledging this, you agree to uphold these practices.
1. Uniforms: All contracted worker will wear PFN wearables during operating hours. Close toe shoes and durable pants or shorts are required for daily work. Company issue gloves and safety glasses at no charge to staff.
2. Employment: You are a contracted 1099 employee in which you will have filled out 1099 tax forms. Labor pay is 15 per hour and will be entered weekly Fridays. Group vote against same day payment.
Addendum: failure to complete project per company guidelines or completing below standard work will result in non payable hours for project correction.
3. Time off: Prior approval for time off is required. On time is required. If you are late please notify team a day prior.
4. Expenses: Any money spent for PFN will be met with reimbursement. All expenses need to be approved by Adam before making transaction. Retain copy of receipt for personal tax purposes.
5. Responsibilities: All persons will be on time, no tobacco, no alcohol use on project sites.
6. Tools: Any employee misusing tools or equipment will be payroll deducted to cover damage or repair.
7. Training: PFN Landscape and Outdoor Living vows to train all persons operating with in company to deliver the level of expectation of work. It is the responsibility of worker to ask for assistance if they aren't able to understand job details.
8: Environment: All workers are to assist and operate as a team. Coaching others, assistance to others and oversight of others is required. If any one person continues to not operate as a team member they will be exited by owner.
9. Snow removal: All employees will be given notice of snow events. All employees will be required to do snow. Hourly pay is based on company Contracting work out to PFN Landscape. Rates vary from 25 to 35 per hour.
